These terms and conditions apply to the Tovio app (hereinafter referred to as "App") for mobile devices created by Oxinos (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service.
By downloading or using the App, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. It is strongly recommended to read and understand these terms and conditions before using the App.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
It is strictly forbidden to copy, modify the App, or any part of the App, including trademarks. Any attempt to extract the source code, translate the App, or create derivative versions is not allowed. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.
2. Service Changes
The Service Provider is committed to ensuring that the App is useful and efficient. They reserve the right to change the App or charge fees at any time. Any fees will be clearly communicated.
3. Security & Personal Data
The App stores and processes the personal data you provide. You are responsible for maintaining your device's security. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting as it can make devices vulnerable to malware and cause the App to malfunction.

5. Internet Connection & Fees
Some functions require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the App does not function fully due to no internet or exhausted quota.
If you use the app outside Wi-Fi, data charges from your provider may apply. By using the app, you are responsible for those charges, including roaming. If you are not the bill owner, you are assumed to have permission from the bill owner.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring the device remains powered. If the device dies and you cannot access the service, the Service Provider is not responsible.
7. Updates & Termination
The Service Provider may update or terminate the App at any time. You agree to receive updates. If the service is terminated: (a) your rights and licenses end; (b) you must stop using and delete the App.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Service Provider may update the Terms & Conditions periodically. You are advised to check this page routinely. Updates will be posted on this page.
